Privacy Policy for 3D Doodle

3D Doodle ("we", "our", "us") is a drawing app for sketching and spinning doodles in 3D space. This Privacy Policy explains what data is used when you use the 3D Doodle app.

1. Data We Use

3D Doodle is designed to work mainly with local device storage and system share tools. The app may use:

• Local app storage: used to save named doodles, settings, and related scene data on your device.
• Files you choose to import: used when you pick an OBJ file for import through the system document picker.
• Files you choose to export or share: used when you export PNG, OBJ, STL, or recorded video and send it through your device's share sheet.
• Screen recording output: used only when you explicitly start recording inside the app.

2. Data Collection and Sharing

• 3D Doodle does not require account sign-in.
• We do not run a backend service for storing your doodles.
• Your doodles, saves, and exported files are created and stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them.
• We do not sell personal data.
• If you choose to share an exported file or video, the selected share target receives the content you choose to send.
• If you open an external link from the app, your browser or operating system connects directly to that destination.

3. Permissions and Device Access

• The app uses system file and sharing interfaces for import, export, and sharing.
• The app's built-in screen recording feature is started only by you and may trigger operating-system recording prompts or indicators.
• The current app configuration does not enable in-app camera or microphone capture permissions for recording.

Depending on your device and OS version, system prompts or access controls may appear when you import, export, or record.

4. Local Data and Retention

• Saved scenes are stored in local app storage on your device until you delete them.
• Imported files are read from locations you choose through the system picker.
• Exported files are written to local cache or storage before sharing, depending on feature and platform behavior.
• Uninstalling the app removes local app data from the device, subject to iOS and Android behavior.

5. Children's Privacy

3D Doodle is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect app data stored by the app, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
