These terms apply to your use of the ClayMe Android app, provided by TinyMinds. They should be read alongside the terms of the store from which you obtained the app and the ClayMe Privacy Policy.
ClayMe is a design aid for generating pottery-tool, template, and 3D-printing files. It is not engineering, structural, food-safety, kiln-safety, or professional ceramics advice.
Subject to these terms and the applicable app-store terms, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use ClayMe on compatible devices associated with your store account. You may not redistribute, resell, rent, or make the app itself available to others except where the law expressly permits.
You keep your rights in measurements, text, artwork, and other material that you add. You are responsible for having permission to use imported artwork.
You may use the project files, STL files, templates, printed tools, and pottery you create with ClayMe for personal or commercial making. This does not grant a right to resell TinyMinds' bundled artwork or app assets as a standalone asset collection.
Generated previews and files depend on the values you choose. 3D-printer calibration, slicer behaviour, filament, clay movement, drying, firing, glaze, and shrinkage all affect the result. You must inspect files, test critical dimensions and fits, and verify calibrated volumes before relying on an item. Use suitable release layers and safe workshop practices.
You are responsible for deciding whether a printed tool or finished ceramic object is suitable and safe for its intended use, including any contact with food, heat, liquids, children, or animals.
ClayMe is supplied for compatible Android devices. Features may be improved, changed, or removed in future versions. TinyMinds does not promise that every combination of unrestricted settings will produce a useful or printable object, although the app may show warnings where it detects a likely problem.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TinyMinds is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, wasted materials, failed prints, kiln or equipment damage, or losses caused by relying on an untested generated file.
Purchases, billing, cancellation rights, and store-managed refunds are handled under the rules of the store through which you obtained ClayMe. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
These terms may be updated when ClayMe or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when that happens.
